Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is North Star Coffee Roasters, Unit 10, 280 Tong Road, Leeds, LS12 3BG ("North Star", "we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility
   This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, excluding Ireland and Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or over.
   Employees of North Star Coffee Roasters, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
   The competition opens on Thursday 9 April 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Thursday 30 April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. How to Enter
   To be eligible for entry, participants must:

• Create or hold a North Star Coffee Roasters customer account

• Make a qualifying online purchase before 23:59 on 30 April 2026

Each qualifying online purchase made during the competition period will count as one (1) entry into the prize draw.
There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided each entry is linked to a separate qualifying purchase and the entrant remains subscribed to the mailing list.

If an order is cancelled or refunded, the associated entry will be removed from the draw.

5. The Prize
   One winner will receive:

• 1 x Sage Barista Touch espresso machine
  Approximate retail value: £1,049

• 12 x 1kg bags of The Docks
  RRP: £388.80
  Subject to availability. Cannot be exchanged for any other coffee unless agreed with North Star

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries by the North Star Coffee Roasters team.

The winner will be drawn on Friday 1 May 2026.

7. Winner Notification
   The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their customer account on Friday 1 May 2026.

The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this time, North Star Coffee Roasters reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Delivery
   The prize will be shipped to a UK address only, excluding Ireland and Northern Ireland.
   North Star Coffee Roasters accepts no responsibility for delivery issues once the prize has been dispatched.
   The prize will be delivered in its original box, but has been opened only for filming. It has never been used and is brand new. 

9. Publicity
   By entering this competition, participants agree that if they win, their name may be shared publicly by North Star Coffee Roasters across marketing channels including email, website, and social media.

10. Mailing List Requirement
    Entrants must remain subscribed to the North Star Coffee Roasters mailing list at the time of the draw in order to be eligible. Entries will be void if the entrant unsubscribes before the winner is selected.

11. General
    North Star Coffee Roasters reserves the right to:

• Cancel or amend the competition where necessary

• Disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms

• Refuse entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate the spirit of the promotion

12. Liability
    North Star Coffee Roasters accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

13. Governing Law
    This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

By entering this competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
