How do I know which subscription is right for me?
You definitely don’t need to be a coffee expert. Some people prefer coffees that feel smooth, balanced and easy to settle into, while others enjoy brighter, more expressive flavours and discovering something new each delivery. Can I pause or cancel anytime?

Can I change my subscription later?
Yes, you can switch to a different subscription, update your grind size, change your delivery frequency or adjust your bag quantity whenever you like through your account. Coffee habits change, and your subscription should be able to change with them.
How often will my coffee arrive?
That’s completely up to you. You can choose the delivery frequency that works best for your routine, whether that’s weekly, fortnightly or monthly. And if you realise you’re getting through coffee quicker (or slower) than expected, you can easily adjust things later on.

What equipment do I need?
Whether you’re brewing with a cafetière, espresso machine, V60, AeroPress or something else entirely, we can grind your coffee to suit your setup. Most people figure out their favourites over time, there’s no right or wrong way to enjoy it.
What packaging do you use?
We’ve worked hard to make our packaging as thoughtful as possible, using recyclable materials wherever we can while still protecting the quality of the coffee inside. We know no packaging system is perfect, but we’re always looking for ways to do things better without compromising the coffee you’re excited to receive through the letterbox. Our 250g bags are home compostable and are 1kg bags are LDPE4 recyclable.
