North Star x Hip Pop Giveaway — Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering the North Star x Hip Pop Giveaway. By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Promoters.
The giveaway is jointly promoted by:

2. Eligibility.
The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
Employees, officers, directors, agents and contractors of North Star Coffee Roasters or Insightful Brands Limited (trading as Hip Pop), and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. How to enter.
The giveaway opens at 00:00 on 1 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 15 September 2026 ("Closing Date").
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official giveaway entry form on the North Star Coffee Roasters website.
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
North Star Coffee Roasters and Hip Pop reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, automated or otherwise does not comply with these terms and conditions.

4. Marketing consent and mailing lists.
By completing the entry process, entrants will be given the opportunity to consent to receiving marketing emails from both North Star Coffee Roasters and Hip Pop.
Marketing consent should be provided through the separate marketing opt-in on the entry form.
By providing marketing consent, entrants agree that their email address may be used by both North Star Coffee Roasters and Hip Pop to send marketing communications about their respective products, services, offers and promotions.
Entrants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe facility included in marketing emails or by contacting the relevant company.
Entrants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of North Star Coffee Roasters and Hip Pop.

5. The prize.
There will be one winner, who will receive:
Hip Pop prize
A one-year Hip Pop subscription, consisting of:
One case of 12 cans delivered each month;
Deliveries for a period of 12 months; and
The winner may choose their Hip Pop flavours and may change their flavour selection during the subscription period.
North Star prize
A one-year North Star coffee subscription, consisting of:
12 x 1kg bags of coffee;
One 1kg bag delivered each month for 12 months; and
The winner may choose their coffee from the selection of eligible coffees provided by North Star Coffee Roasters.
The prize is subject to the availability of the eligible Hip Pop products and North Star coffees offered by the respective companies at the time of each delivery.
The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

There is no cash alternative to the prize.

6. Subscription commencement.
The winner must claim the prize and arrange for their subscriptions to commence within six months of being notified that they have won.
The 12-month subscription period will begin when the winner's subscriptions are activated.
Once activated, the subscriptions will run for 12 months, subject to these terms and any reasonable delivery or product availability limitations.

7. Winner selection.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date.
The draw will take place on or before 19 September 2026.
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the giveaway.
The Promoters' decision regarding the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result, except where required by law.

8. Claiming the prize.
The winner must respond to the winner notification email within 14 days of the date the notification email was sent.
If the winner does not respond within this period, is unable to accept the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Any replacement winner will also have 14 days to respond to the notification email.
This process may be repeated until the prize is successfully claimed.

9. Winner announcement.
The surname and county of the winner may be published by the Promoters in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that, if they win, their surname and county may be used for the purpose of announcing the winner of the giveaway.
The Promoters may also be required to provide information about the winner to the Advertising Standards Authority or other relevant regulatory authority if requested.

10. Delivery.
The prize will be delivered to a valid UK delivery address provided by the winner.
The Promoters are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control.
The prize cannot be delivered to an address outside the United Kingdom.

11. General.
The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the giveaway where circumstances outside their reasonable control make this necessary.
The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who they reasonably believe has breached these terms and conditions or attempted to manipulate the entry process.
The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incorrectly submitted or not successfully received for any reason.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Data protection.
Personal information provided when entering the giveaway will be processed for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner and, where the entrant has provided the appropriate marketing consent, sending marketing communications from North Star Coffee Roasters and Hip Pop.
Entrants should refer to the respective privacy policies of North Star Coffee Roasters and Hip Pop for further information about how their personal data is collected, used and stored.
