How Does The Coffee Perform In The Cup?

The first thing you notice is the aroma, sweet, slightly boozy and full of deep cherry notes. In the cup, there’s a juicy brightness running through it alongside soft sweetness, a little gentle funk and something that reminds us of cacao nibs right at the end. It stays light and easy to drink, with a finish that lingers just long enough to make you want another sip.

Packaging

Are your coffee bags compostable?

Our 250g coffee bags are made using compostable materials designed to break down in a well-managed home compost setup.

Our 1kg bags are currently recyclable LDPE4 plastic while we continue testing larger compostable alternatives durable enough for wholesale and larger-format coffee storage.

What if I don’t have a compost bin?

You’re definitely not alone. You can return your used bags to either our Roastery or Coffee Shop and we’ll make sure they’re properly processed through our waste partners. We know there’s currently no perfect packaging solution, but we’re committed to continually improving the systems and materials we use.

Can the bags be re-used?

Definitely. The zip-lock seals make them useful for storing everything from coffee and grains to snacks, cables or the random drawer bits everyone seems to accumulate somehow.
