Your order will be sent the same working day if placed before 12pm, and if placed after, it'll be shipped the next working day. We send all orders with next day DPD so your coffee will be with you before you know it!

Yes for 1-2 x 250g bags – if you order a 250g subscription and have a standard size letterbox, your coffee will be posted through your door. If you have a 1kg subscription or do not have a standard size letterbox, you can include a note for where you would like it leaving and we can include this in our shipping instructions.

We set out to rethink our seasonal espresso. To create something that felt more like us: bold in flavour, grounded in community, and easy to enjoy. A coffee that sparks the curiosity to explore the specialty coffee cosmos. A coffee you’d reach for daily, but still feel excited about.

That’s why we worked with Mero. She’s been obsessing over flavour for years. Together with James, our Coffee Programme Manager, and John, our Head Trainer, she helped shape this blend into something joyful and delicious, a proper team effort that reflects everything we love about the craft.

Astro is the result. A seasonal espresso blend with expressive flavour profiles from producers we’re proud to work with. Astro’s purpose is to take everything we love about specialty coffee, the flavours, the texture, the complexity,  and make it work beautifully in everyday brews.

It’s also made to be reliable. Easy to dial in, consistent to serve and forgiving enough to brew at home, without losing what makes it exciting.

With milk, you’ll taste red berries, malted milk biscuits and vanilla. As it cools, notes of red apple and citrus show up, with a grapefruit finish that keeps everything in balance. The mouthfeel is sticky, plush and heavy, like raspberry jam on buttered toast.

But it’s no one-trick pony. Brewed black, it opens up. It’s punchier, brighter and more expressive. You still get that chocolatey depth, but with more clarity. Like a dark chocolate tart — sharp and bold in all the right ways.

Astro isn’t built to stay still. The coffees behind it will shift with the seasons, showcasing fresh harvests and producers from across the globe. But every version is carefully curated to keep that signature feel,  jammy fruit, creamy sweetness and smooth, chocolatey depth with just enough seasonal twist to keep things interesting.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm it is being processed and then another one to let you know when it has been dispatched.

If you place your order before 12pm, we'll dispatch it the same working day! All orders are shipped with DPD next working day delivery as standard. Fully tracked delivery, with a one hour delivery window and real time delivery updates.

DPD offers the ability to change delivery address and date, opt for delivery to a neighbour or safe place, or redirect to a DPD Pickup shop, all while it's on the way to you! DPD aim to be the UK's most sustainable delivery company.

Operating times are 9am-5pm Mon-Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be processed until 9am Monday morning.

Local pickups take place from the Roastery on Tong Road. Please note our shutter doors will be down for security and temperature reasons but we are always in Monday-Friday between 9 and 5pm – just ring the doorbell on arrival

If you order 1-2 x 250g bags of coffee, they will be sent in a letterbox friendly package so that you do not need to be in to take receipt of your coffee.

Our 250g bags are 100% home compostable including the valve, seal and sticker! They will degrade in 6 months in a well managed home compost.

Our 1kg bags are currently in LDPE plastic - some councils will recycle this for you, if you are unsure simply take it to your local supermarket with your other plastic packaging.
