We are only able to offer an exchange for coffee equipment, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund for coffee as it is a food grade product that is roasted to order. If you are unsure about which coffee to choose to suit your requirements then please see our blog and guides for information or get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items you wish to exchange must be returned to us within 7 days in original un-opened packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer. Items must be delivered back to our roastery at Unit 10, 280 Tong Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS12 3BG during our hours of business, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (or by appointment).
If you are using a third party to return your package, we strongly recommend that you fully insure it. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. North Star Coffee Roasters will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
All shipping back to North Star Coffee Roasters is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you any postal/delivery cost you may have incurred.
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense.
For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for used products (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like)
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. Please ensure you are happy with the products upon collection. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with any product(s), please let us know upon collection, and we’ll happy replace or refund the item(s).
We offer a delivery service using the 24hr Royal Mail tracked service, orders placed before midnight will be shipped the next day, excluding weekends. Products can also be collected from our roastery at our coffee shop at Unit 10, 280 Tong Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS12 3BG during our hours of business, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
We will contact you, via the email you provided when ordering, to keep you updated on the progress of your order.
We are able to ship to EU/ROW addresses, price for shipment will be dependent on the country.
