We've taken our croissants, handmade in our bakery, and captured their essence in a chocolate bar. First, we blend their butteriness into the base chocolate and then we augment it with crisp, browned flakes of baked croissant.

We are delighted to be working with these fine cacao beans from the Hacienda Victoria, a progressive farm known for its stewardship of the land and its delicate fermentation, showcasing the mellow nuttiness of the Arriba Nacional beans. 

As this bar has been made with fresh croissants, we would advise that you eat it as soon as possible to ensure the buttery flavour is at its freshest.

We are so delighted to be able to feature chocolate from our all time favourite bean to bar chocolate maker – Pump Street. This award winning company started off as a bakery in the village of Orford, Suffolk focusing on naturally leavened bread (which we also love). Once they had mastered bread, in 2012 they started importing cacao beans directly from growers they work with across the world to craft them into the finest bean to bar chocolate maintaining a focus on provenance and process. We love their bars for their incredible depth of flavour but also unique textural qualities once combined with crumbs of their best selling bread too! Some bean to bar chocolate can occasionally be a bit unapproachable with high levels of bitterness and an overwhelming ‘darkness’ that many can find off-putting – Pump Street’s offering is totally moreish and really highlights the amazing depth of flavour available from each origin (just like with coffee!).

Delivery Times

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm it is being processed and then another one to let you know when it has been dispatched. We are currently operating with 3 working day lead time to process your order once you have placed it. We are offering free shipping for orders above £20

Local Pick Ups

Local pickups take place from the Roastery on Tong Road. Please note our shutter doors will be down for security and temperature reasons but we are always in Monday-Friday between 9 and 5pm – just ring the doorbell on arrival
