<p>You determine the speed and direction of the hot water as it flows slowly over the grounds, allowing maximum extraction of flavours and aroma. A smooth, even pour encourages balance as the grounds give up the same amount of flavour. This reduces the risk of sourness and bitterness by over or under saturating the coffee grounds.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The Brewista Artisan’s sturdy, ergonomic easy-grip handle, ensures your comfort and safety during the slow-pour brewing process. It also&nbsp;features built-in temperature control, giving you the ability to change heat by a single degree and select temperatures between 40 – 100c. This makes it an ideal kettle for brewing a wide range of coffee varieties.</p>
<p>The pre-set temperature setting brings ease and speed to the brewing process. Simply set the water to heat to the nearest 1c for the right temperature for the optimum extraction rate for your brew. The keep warm function will maintain that temperature until you are ready to pour.&nbsp;</p>
