Odd Kin’s washed Colombian is a glorious single origin, featuring their seasonal direct trade coffee from the Contreras brothers. Produced in Guadalupe, this smooth and mellow roast offers notes of Red Apple, Butterscotch and Brazil nuts. 

Our characterful Ethiopian component is care of a new partnership with Bertu Coffee and producer Dahab Mesfin. An innovative micro-entrepreneur who has a passion for organic production and is a real champion when it comes to encouraging fellow female producers in her neighbouring coffee community. As a single, Dahab’s lot results in a deliciously elegant, fruity and floral cup.

Stick them together and these two winners create an incredibly complex, yet balanced beverage. Stacked with flavour you can expect big ripe and juicy apricot notes at the forefront, framed by a muscovado sugar sweetness, super syrupy body and delicate florals on the finish.

Odd Kin & Blend Friends: 

Odd Kin Coffee was born out of Pandemic uncertainty. A pipe dream turned reality that was both a lifeline at the time and represents a force for positivity in the present. These lovely folks exist (in their own words) “…to roast coffees that put a smile on your face, bring people together and make cool things happen.” And it would appear that they are succeeding in their mission, having made yet another “cool thing” happen at the tail-end of last year. Launching a series of seriously tasty coffees, roasted in collaboration with like-minded UK coffee businesses. The Blend Friends Series creates the perfect opportunity to share knowledge, experiment with blends and bring customers new and exciting flavour profiles. We’re totally here for this and are looking forward to you tasting what happens when friends blend!

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm it is being processed and then another one to let you know when it has been dispatched. We are currently operating with 3 working day lead time to process your order once you have placed it. We are offering free shipping for orders above £20

Local pickups take place from the Roastery on Tong Road. Please note our shutter doors will be down for security and temperature reasons but we are always in Monday-Friday between 9 and 5pm – just ring the doorbell on arrival
